Program Overview

This Level II Badge requires you to demonstrate your practical research skills and apply them to a scholarly project, with support from a mentor. After completing a summer research fellowship, you will present your research at the annual fall Summer Research Day. Selection for this badge uses a competitive review of proposals students have designed with a mentor. Projects may be the foundation of students’ required Scholarly Capstone projects.

You should pursue this micro-credential if:

  • You are a medical student at Quinnipiac's Frank H. Netter MD School of Medicine
  • You are interested in research and reflection
  • You are prepared to present or co-present your research
